Chemical and Waste

Chemical waste refers to the unwanted byproducts generated during the production and use of chemicals, which contribute to environmental degradation and the depletion of natural resources. In the event of their mismanagement or improper disposal, hazardous chemicals and wastes can contaminate ecosystems and pose serious risks to human health. Many of these substances are toxic, carcinogenic, harmful to lifeforms, and capable of disrupting endocrine systems across a wide range of species.

The project will emphasise the segregation, collection, and recycling of all categories of plastic waste, enhancing resource efficiency and strengthening stakeholder access in alignment with the Swachh Bharat Mission and the Plastic Waste Management Rules.
